Cancellation – 

Orders that are canceled before the item has been shipped will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after the item has shipped will adhere to our “Return Policy” terms and conditions.

Returns – 

Items deemed as “defective” within 30 days of purchase date are eligible for a full refund and/or replacement product.

Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date with no defect or damage are eligible for a full refund (return shipping costs will be done by the customer)

*No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 30-day time frame.
